About Us
Vernazza Home is a locally owned iron door showroom located at 5414 New Peachtree Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341. We sell exterior iron doors, interior iron doors, and custom special order iron doors online and through our showroom.
Products & Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order are the prices you will be charged. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but minor variations in finish, color, or dimension may occur.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Custom and special order doors require a deposit at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.
Shipping
Iron doors ship via freight carrier on a pallet due to their size and weight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup. Inspect your delivery carefully before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you discover damage.
Installation
Vernazza Home sells doors only and does not provide installation services. Installation by a qualified, licensed contractor is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Improper installation voids warranty coverage and may result in property damage or personal injury. We can refer you to experienced local installers upon request.
Warranty
All iron doors are covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. Full warranty terms are available at vernazzahome.com/pages/iron-door-warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference. Custom and special order doors are non-refundable once production has begun.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Vernazza Home's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or lost profits arising from installation, use, or misuse of our products.
Intellectual Property
All content on vernazzahome.com — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Vernazza Home and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
